Josh Gray, a South Carolina native, has been actively involved in residential & commercial construction since the mid 1990's and has worked in a vast array of disciplines gathering skills and knowledge along the way. In the early 2000's, with a degree in Engineering Graphics Technology, Josh became a lead designer for an award winning National Builder. In 2008 Gray Residential was formed and has been providing a vast array of services for homeowners, businesses and other builders. These services range from estimating, designing and site management to nearly every facet of construction. Josh is also actively involved in the local community and is the founder and president of the Industrial Mills Neighborhood Association in Rock Hill, SC and served as a member of The Railroad Study Group, a group charged with mitigating diverse effects of inner-city developments within the neighborhoods of the urban core of Old Town, Rock Hill, SC.
